How do I purchase an item that I want? As you browse our products, select any item for detailed product and pricing information, indicate your desired quantity then click on ‘Add to Cart'. Once you have gathered all the items you wish to purchase, select any one of Checkout Options and proceed through the indicated steps.

What forms of payment do you accept? We offer multiple options for payments, such as Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking / Cheque / Demand Draft.

Can I phone or mail my order? Yes. You can phone, mail or fax your order to us. Our WhatsApp number +91 7039348476 (10 AM to 6.00 PM- Mon to Fri). Fax number 022-23876132: Or mail us at info@diamondrocks.in. However, your order will be processed once your payment is realized and credited into our account.

Where in India can you deliver? We deliver to any locations in India. Please provide your correct pin code for timely delivery.

What happens if I am not at my delivery address at the time of delivery? The courier will leave a delivery card for you to contact them in order to re-arrange delivery.

Do I have to sign for the parcel personally, or can someone else sign for it? People in your household can sign for the parcel; but they will be asked for some proof of identification.

How do I return an item purchased online for a refund or exchange? You can send the item accompanied with the original invoice, diamond authenticity certificate, packaging box and any other documents / gifts which are part of the item. When you return the product, just indicate the reason for your return in a short note and send it to us through a reliable courier or post it to us at the following address: Diamond Rocks (India), 119 Parekh Market, Kennedy Bridge, Mumbai 400004 All shipping charges from your place to our address will be your responsibility. We recommend you to send your products by a traceable courier / post, as we will not be held responsible for returns that do not reach us. We will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping from your place to our place.

Are your items genuine? Yes, all of our items are genuine. Our gold is either solid 18k or 22k. Our gold is not layered in any way. All of our diamonds & gemstones are genuine stones. For Authentication certificates are available upon request.

How long will my order take to deliver? Items in stock are usually shipped within 4-5 business days. Items not in stock may take 3-4 weeks depend upon the design you choose. If your item requires sizing, please allow extra delivery time for them. If at any time you want to know the availability of an item please email or call us.

Can I get my item any quicker? Yes, any in stock item may be shipped by express delivery for an additional charge. Please select your option during checkout. If you're in a rush, please make sure to contact us to see if the item is in stock. If you choose express delivery & your item is not in stock, you will be notified promptly via email & your order will be changed to standard delivery.

Can I get an item in a different length, size, or color than the one stated? Many times we have other sizes available but not listed. When we don’t, we may be able to special order the item for you (special order terms may apply - please inquire). The same goes for switching stones or colors on certain items.

What should I do, if I need an item that is not listed on the website? Please send us an email on info@diamondrocks.in with your request.

How & when will I receive my refund / return amount? Every request of refund / return would be passed only after the item is appraised and it is ensured that the item has not been tampered with or altered in any unacceptable manner. The customer will receive the payment in form of a cheque within 7 working days after the company takes the decision of the return / refund. The return / refund decision will be at the sole discretion of the company.

What If one item will delay the entire order? If you have an order and one item is going to cause a significant delay, we will usually ship your order in part shipments. You will not pay any extra shipping charges for the second shipment. (If free shipping is not applicable).

How will I know when my order has been shipped? You will receive an e-mail/SMS confirmation that your order has been shipped on the day it ships out. At any time you may contact us via email or call us at Diamond Rocks India helpline number toll free number (1800 233 1942) and 022-66964881/82/83 to check on the status.

Do you offer a money back guarantee? Any unused item may be returned within 7 days of receipt for a complete purchase price refund, credit or exchange.

Will Incorrect Prices Be Honoured? Sorry, no. We display prices of thousands of loose stones and hundreds of items of ready-made jewellery so occasionally prices may be subject to data entry errors. We make great efforts to ensure that our pricing is accurate, however, we reserve the right to correct pricing errors and we will not honour incorrect prices. Prices are also subject to change without notice.
